No Refunds

Hairspace prides itself for each customer’s satisfaction.  We want you to be truly happy with your service and experience however we do no issue refunds.  Our stylists work very hard to ensure that we deliver the service you’re looking for.  If you are unsatisfied with the service you intended on receiving please let us know within 48 hours.  We will ensure we re-schedule you to correct any issues you had with your services but you MUST contact us within that 48 hours period! 

Color services might require additional payment for the color itself.  Blowout add-on’s will require an additional cost as well.

Retail Products purchased can not returned under any circumstance.

 

Cancellations

Hairspace understands that plans change and that you may not be available for your scheduled appointment.  However, we have to ensure that our time is valued.  We require 24 hours notice for cancellations, if that time hast past you will be charged 50% of the value of the service booked.  There may be exceptions made in certain situations. 

 

No Show/No Call

Hairspace will require 50% of the scheduled service charge for any no show/no call.  No exceptions!
